Josh O’Connor has been a member of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department since 2007. In his time in the department he has served as Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief, and is currently the Deputy Chief of the fire department and sits on the board of directors. When Josh is not volunteering his time at the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department, he is employed as a family business owner and enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs.
