David joined the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department in 1992. In his time in the department he has served as a Board of Directors and is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors. When Dave is not volunteering his time at the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department, he likes to spend time with his wife and dog.
