Charles J. Pascarella, “C.J.” has been a member of The Upper St. Clair Volunteer fire department since 1999. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science from Penn State University. When C.J. is not at work or helping others as a firefighter, he enjoys time on his boat. He is an avid wakeboarder and enjoys his time on the water.
