Keith joined the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department in 1980. In his time in the department he has served as Lieutenant, Captain, and Second Assistant Chief. Keith is also a PA State Certified Fire Officer 1, PA State Certified Fire Instructor, PA & International Code Council Certified Fire Inspector, Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator Instructor and Pro-board certified Public Fire and Life Educator 2. Keith is also the owner of his own private investigation firm, investigating fires and other insurance claims.
